Bianca Fiorito
Bianca Fiorito ist seit 2021 festes Mitglied der Münchner Philharmoniker.
Sie wurde 1999 in Rom geboren und erhielt ihr Musikdiplom im Alter von fünfzehn Jahren am Conservatorio S. Cecilia.
Sie setzte ihr Studium an der Académie Supérieure de Musique in Straßburg (Frankreich) bei Prof. Dr. Mario Caroli fort und studierte anschließend an der Universität Mozarteum Salzburg (Österreich) bei M. Kofler, wo sie ihr Masterstudium sowie ein Postgraduate-Studium abschloss. Darüber hinaus setzte sie ihre Ausbildung bei A. Lieberknecht an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater München fort.
Sie ist Preisträgerin verschiedener internationaler Flötenwettbewerbe, darunter der Concours Larrieu in Nizza, der Gazzelloni-Wettbewerb, der AudiMozart Wettbewerb, der Krakamp Wettbewerb sowie der Stoutzker Prize Salzburg.
Als Solistin trat sie mit Orchestern in Italien, Frankreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz auf. Außerdem widmet sie sich intensiv der zeitgenössischen Musik und wirkt regelmäßig an Uraufführungen sowie an für sie geschriebenen Werken mit.
Seit 2026 ist sie Dozentin für Flöte-Orchesterstudien an der Hochschule für Musik Nürnberg.
Bianca spielt eine Miyazawa CS-14K-B-REH-ERKLB.
Bianca Fiorito has been a member of the Munich Philharmonic Orchestra since 2021.
She was born in Rome in 1999 and received her music diploma at the age of fifteen from the Conservatorio S. Cecilia.
She continued her studies at the Académie Supérieure de Musique in Strasbourg (France) with Prof. Dr. Mario Caroli and later at the Mozarteum University Salzburg (Austria) with M. Kofler, where she completed both her Master’s degree and postgraduate studies. She further continued her training with A. Lieberknecht at the University of Music and Theatre Munich.
She is a prizewinner of several international flute competitions, including the Concours Larrieu in Nice, the Gazzelloni Competition, the AudiMozart Competition, the Krakamp Competition, and the Stoutzker Prize Salzburg.
As a soloist, she has performed with orchestras in Italy, France, Germany, and Switzerland. She is also strongly dedicated to contemporary music, frequently performing world premieres and works written for her.
Since 2026, she has served as lecturer for orchestral flute studies at the Nuremberg University of Music.
Bianca plays a Miyazawa CS-14K-B-REH-ERKLB flute.
